Drives disappear from BIOS - Both Drives try to be in the same spot

I’m having problems, not sure if this is the right thread, but it does concern hard drives
Prologue

I have two new sandisks I was going to use them instead of duel booting
I unplugged the HDD(Ubuntu) to try to install windows8 with just one the sandisk plugged in but my installation disk failed.
I had to abort. when I plugged my HDD (Ubuntu) back in I got this, with no Ubuntu detected...
