Can't delete folders permissions required Rsync & Deltacopy

Hi everyone bit of a problem hoping someone knows what to do will try explain as best I can

I own a NAS I recently ran a backup from this nas using the Rsync protocol,

I used DeltaCopy for Windows to allow the Rsync to a windows pc, the backups ran perfectly completed no errors.

MY problem is that I changed a backup location on my computer all good but when I tried to delete the older backup it gives a error message saying that I will need permission from system administrator to delete...
