I have a western digital 500gb drive that likes to "hang up" for 15 seconds sometimes, particularly when opening Firefox or running scans. In the task manager the disk usage is 100% when a program is only using 4mbps in the disk column. Is that normal? I ran crystal disk and it says it's healthy, however I ran error checking under the c: properties tab and it said there were errors, it repaired them but it's still having issues.
