Hard Drive Problems

For A long time I have Crashes and Problems and I think they come from the Hard Drive.

I get regular Crashes with the Message: "A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer [......] Technical Information: STOP: 0x000000F4 (0x0000000000000003 , 0xFFFFFFA80085F67E0 , 0xFFFFF800037D5B70)"

Also sometimes I get a error when I push the Ctrl + Alt + Del and the whole computer doesn't work anymore and the only way to fix it...
