Upgrading Hard Drive and OS

If i were to get a new hard drive to replace my old one, and in the processes get windows 10 for it (my current build is running 7), would all the other components (motherboard, processor, RAM) need to be replaced when I install the new OS on the new hard drive? Also I am not worried about saving any old files, I just want a fresh clean install for 10, just like the entire computer was new.
