Sell my ddr4 ram for slower ram good idea?

I currently have 16gb of ram, but it is not enough, i use virtual-box so my ram hits 16gb quite often,

I have 2 sticks of 8gb for total of 16gb

I am thinking of selling these 2 sticks, i could probably get 140 for both of them



after i sell them, im thinking of getting 2 sticks of 16gb ram for total of 32gb ram...
