I can't upgrade the memory/ram because I open underneath the laptop. something is holding the middle together, I got the sides a loose but that's about it. I want to be careful as to not break it. I saw this video on Youtube it looked so simple he had no problem opening up the laptop and upgrading the memory/ram.
