How to Create Automatic Back of files from a normal Sever using win 10

Hello,
I am using normal computer as server ( 16 GB Ram, 1 TB HDD - Windows 10) for my Accounting software and it is connected to a local Network . Accounting software is having back up option, which we have to do manually . Is there any option to back up the folders automatically to an External HDD.

Accounting Software back end is SQL.

Please suggest a suitable solution
